Supporting Documents Mastery
Collect, organise and review supporting documents so a file reaches the lender complete and submission-ready.
A file bounces when its supporting documents are incomplete, in the wrong format, or never properly checked. This session covers the full range of supporting documents, how to collect and organise them, and how to review them for accuracy before submission. It is the difference between a file that moves and one that stalls.
What you will be able to do

- ✓ Collect each document in the right format from the client
- ✓ Spot the nuances and errors that trigger rework
- ✓ Assemble a submission-ready document set
Format
- ✓ One live session of two hours, on Zoom, camera on
- ✓ A small group, so there is room for real questions on real files
- ✓ 2 CPD points, recognised by MFAA and FBAA
- ✓ A free re-sit for six months if you want to revisit it
