Servicing
Complete servicing in Quickli and lender calculators, and work the adjustments when a deal will not service.
Servicing is where a deal is won or lost, and it rarely runs clean the first time. This session covers how to complete servicing using Quickli and lender-specific calculators, what to watch for, and the options available when servicing does not come out positive. It also covers how lender policy and assessment-rate differences change the result.
