Module SEB01
Self-Employed Borrowers
Assess self-employed borrowers with confidence: entity types, the income documents each needs, and how to read the returns.
Self-employed files intimidate a lot of support staff, and that is where deals stall. This session breaks down the different self-employed entity types, the income verification documents each one requires, and how to actually read a set of self-employed tax returns. By the end you can assess a self-employed applicant without sending the file back for a second look.
