ApplyOnline Masterclass
Work ApplyOnline with confidence: load an application from scratch, clear the red x's, and clone or edit for resubmission.
ApplyOnline is where a processor spends much of their day, and small habits there cost hours. This session builds real proficiency: loading an application from scratch, understanding how each section affects the Loan Summary, and resolving the errors that hold a submission up. It also covers uploading and verifying documents, and cloning or editing applications for resubmissions and additional applications.
What you will be able to do

- ✓ Understand how each section affects the Loan Summary
- ✓ Diagnose servicing fails when the manual calculator passes
- ✓ Upload and verify supporting documents
- ✓ Clone and edit applications for resubmission
Format
- ✓ One live session of two hours, on Zoom, camera on
- ✓ A small group, so there is room for real questions on real files
- ✓ 2 CPD points, recognised by MFAA and FBAA
- ✓ A free re-sit for six months if you want to revisit it
